The Big Event

From Tuesday 29th June until Saturday 3rd July, DOS are taking over the Totnes Civic Hall for the Big Event - the culmination of Stage 2 of the Community Action Planning Process. The timetable looks like this:

Tuesday 29th June The Exhibition opens at 1pm until 4pm.
Wednesday 30h June The Exhibition will be open from 10am until 8pm.
Thursday 1st July The Exhibition will be open from 10am until 6pm.

There will be informal planning sessions (for families with children) from 10am until Noon and 2pm until 4pm.

In the evening there will be a Formal Group Planning Session from 6.30 until 9.30pm.

Friday 2nd July The Exhibition will not be open - the Civic Hall is being used for the Collectibles Market during the day.

In the evening there will be a Formal Group Planning Session from 6.30 until 9.30pm.

Saturday 3rd July The Exhibition will be open from 10am until 2pm.

In the afternoon the Plenary Session will be held from from 1pm until 4.30pm.

What We'd Like You To Do...

  1. visit the exhibition and fill in the questionnaire if you can't attend one of the Group Planning sessions
  2. come to one of the Group Planning sessions at which you'll be able to discuss what should be done on the site.
  3. then come to the Plenary Session on Saturday at which the decisions and disagreements of the Group Planning sessions will be presented and, hopefully, resolved.
