Saturday 11th September - Friday 17th September - DOS Office

We will be holding at Public Meeting, starting at 7.30pm, to introduce the plans developed by the architects.

This will be followed by an exhibition at the DOS Office which will be open afternoons and eraly evenings from Saturday September 11th until Friday September 17th. Full details are here.

Tuesday 29th June - Saturday 3rd July - Civic Hall

Thursday 20th May - Civic Hall

The second Public Meeting (marking the end of Phase 1) was held at the Civic Hall, starting at 7.30pm.

Saturday 24th April 2004 - Bogan House

The second Volunteer's Day meeting will be held at Bogan House, starting at 10am. The three main items on the agenda are:

1. adoption of a constitution for DOS and election of officers (the draft constitution can be seen here).
2. presentations by the working groups of work done so far in the fact-finding phase
3. tasks and jobs in the immediate future

Thursday 18th March 2004

This is the date of the first meeting of the Working Party (or Steering Committee). Although these meetings will not normally be open to the public, we intend to publish full minutes. You can read these minutes here.
