Currently this is an overgrown verge between the road and the wall of the Nursery car park. The plan calls for 8 two-bedroomed flats and 2 one-bedroomed flats here. With the car park immediately behind them, these flats will have only a single aspect, on to the busy road. The plan appears to show parking spaces here as well, which seems very dangerous (with reversing out onto the main road). It's not clear who would want to live in such conditions.
