This is currently the Nursery Car Park, with space for 73 cars. The plan turns it into a 3-storey car park, part of which has 9 two-storey three-bedroomed houses on top of the lowest level. There are supposed to be 83 spaces on the lowest level, 54 on the first level (9 of them allocated to the houses) and 37 on the top level. The current car park, which is hardly generous with space (look here) has only 73 spaces.
