The red rectangle shows Area I. It consists of 5 two-bedroomed houses, 3 three-bedroomed houses and 3 two-bedroomed flats.
Note the "Drainage area" and the "Sustainable Urban Drainage System" (SUDS) across the road. The watercourse that runs though the "Bungalow Garden" runs through here too. Moorashes used to be called Morass Cottages!
