To illustrate how cramped the multi-storey car will be, here is a view of
a car in one of the spaces in the Heath's Nursery Car Park. Note how it completely fills the space.
The new multi-storey fits 83 slots into a space which currently has 73. It
also has pillars and ramps. Here's the plan of the ground floor.
Imagine trying to park in one of the slots marked with a red blob when the slots nearby are all occupied..
