- but also more cars trying to get in at the same entrance

Onto this overgrown verge the plan puts 8 two-bed flats and 2 one-bed flats as well as ten parking places!
Problems at the Entrance
At the point of the arrow there will be:
- cars queuing to go in (from both directions)
- cars queuing to come out (in both directions)
- pedestrians going to and from the car park and new viewing point
